Choosing The Right Career

I really feel like want to write something here tonight. Thing that kept turning around my mind all this while, and now i think that this is the best time to burst it out. At least my mind wouldnt feel like carrying a heavy load anymore. I want to help to calm myself.

As we all know, PT3 and SPM( i just focused to these two big examinations) have already passed few months ago(PT3) and few weeks ago(SPM) respectively. So i bet all of PT3 and SPM leavers are filling their time, spending their precious holiday by having some meet up session with old classmates/bestest friends or maybe going on a vacation. Not forgetting, those who used this not-so-two-months holiday doing a revision for the upcoming syllabus of study and making a research about which school to enter and enrol to (for 2017) after getting the result's mark.

Guys, as you all are my juniors, here i would like to share few opinions about  how to choose the best section of courses to study. Little did you know that this play a crucial role which can ensure your smoothness's learning session. As for PT3 leavers, next year is going to be a little bit different because they will be divided into classes which hold certain subjects(major courses) based on what they have chose to enter. Same goes to SPM leavers, but the challenge is more thrilled. It was not about classes in school anymore, it is about the place you wish to pursue your study after choosing the best and ultimate course. Sounds challenging, right? But, hold on, dont be afraid. Keep on reading.

I know, sometimes it can be a bit confusing(sometimes it upgrades to major problem) to choose the right course. The necessity of you to carefully think about what are the options available to you, look at your results, your interests distracted your mind sometimes. The best thing you can do is asking opinions from your parents, your family or your teachers if you really not sure what to study. By doing so, it can aid your searching and build some confidents in your heart. You always have to make decisions that are stable and well-planned. Rushing is not a good way to solve it. Bear in mind, the decisions that you make now, can change your life forever. Tell me, who in this world dont want to succeed in their life. I bet no one would wish to.

Basically, there are reasons to choose section of courses to study.

First, you have to choose something that you are really into, that you like and enjoy most (it is importance for the well-establish of your learning progress). If you just go on to study what you dont really enjoy, then you will just decided to hate and regret it. Remember, there is no one who can read your mind, your inner desire. You have to settle it yourself. But, you can always ask for a guidance from anyone. Following other friends is not the best decision to stop this dilemma. Your resilience, your ability, your intelligence are not the same compared to your friends. So, please dont let yourself to enter the class just because there is your friends studying in that room too. You will regret it sooner or later.

Next, you have to choose something that you are actually good at. Just because you like it, doesnt mean you are at the best of that 'something'. For instance, many people claims that they loved to sing, but when they are asked to sing, people run away, because of their worst and horrible voices. If you love science and mathematics and you know well you are good at it, dont waste your time. Procrastinasting is always a bad idea. Make a step to fulfil your wishes. Enter yourself at place that obtain this studies. 'Do it today or regret it tomorrow'. Only you know how much yourself are capable of to do so.

Do a thorough research would be the best succour. Remember, you still have time left. List the fields of study that interest you, and come up with list of courses you would consider studying based on your interest, You can also list down all your favorite subjects at school, and also, a list of your extra-curricular activities can provide and tell ideas of what type of person you are. You can also check online about the courses you loved and find out about the career prospects as well as other info. Other than that, you can go to education fairs and Open Days to see the campuses and and collect the brochures that are provided there.

There are many educational options available today. By choosing the right career before enrolling in college, you could save yourself years of time and good deal of  money. As for 17 years old teenagers, you are going to embark your life journey as an 18 years young man. There are some schools which offer specialist diploma program that allows people who are currently employed to further their education for career-development and it is usually focus on a specific area of employment, rather than general subjects such as math, science, or English. So, if you guys wish to continue your study in Form 6, just make it happen. Plus, it is a money+time saver for you to get a diploma, kind of fast track it is.

Hope that this sharing can help you, maybe a bit, to chin up yourself, and of course, I would really want to send all positive vibes to my sister(especially), my juniors also, my readers, who are going to take their PT3 result on this Monday. You've work too hard to reach this stage, so i'm sure you will be rewarded a success

'Speak a mind, even if your voice shakes.'

Thanks for reading.
